Voro Therapeutics is developing a precision medicine platform of tumor-activated multi-specific antibodies (PrimeBody) to unleash the cancer immunotherapy potential of myeloid cells. PrimeBody consists of modular elements: myeloid checkpoint inhibitor, myeloid immune stimulator, and novel masking technology that are combined with clinically validated tumor targeting domains for single agent anti-tumor activity in patients with treatment-refractory solid tumors. Voro is led by experienced drug developers with deep expertise in oncology, including tumor-activated biologics. Voro is currently being incubated in Alloy Therapeutics’ venture studio (82VS) and is in the lead identification stage for two programs.
