Sheena Figueroa is a Chief of Procurement Services with the County of San Diego’s Department of Purchasing and Contracting. She oversees 16 procurement staff that support the County’s Health and Human Services Agency procurement activities, including a contract portfolio of over 800 contracts with a collective value of nearly $1.2 billion. Sheena has been in the procurement industry for over 20 years in the private and public sectors and has spent the last 12 years in the County of San Diego’s Department of Purchasing and Contracting.
