Ingo Hentschel is Senior Vice President and Region Manager of Cox Communications in California. He oversees day-to-day operations and employees in San Diego, Orange County, Palos Verdes and Santa Barbara. Hentschel has over 30 years of senior leadership experience in the telecommunications industry and the United States military, including leading large, complex operational groups to high performance during competitive and high change periods. Prior to being named to his current role in July 2021, Hentschel served as Vice President of Field Service since 2008 where he created a diverse field operations team of technicians, contractors, dispatch and leadership. Hentschel has served in a variety of roles since joining Cox in 1992, including Director of Field Operations, Director of Broadband Operations, and Supervisor of Network Operations. He was also a Field and Network Technician at Times Mirror Cable.
